The Council for Decarbonising Transport in Asia, established under the NDC Transport Initiative for Asia (NDC TIA), launched its Flagship Report ‘The Path to Zero: A Vision for Decarbonised Transport in Asia’ on 7 April at the ADB Transport Forum 2022.
